How long does it take to PROCESS invitation and coordinated orders?
The order will be processed and shipped within 15 working days, which will be calculated from the moment the preview is confirmed and the payment is registered. How can I receive the goods if I am often away from home?
The goods can be delivered to the address you prefer and where there is someone who can receive the package.
- If the courier does not find you on the first attempt, he will leave a notice with a telephone number to contact for the redelivery of the package.
- If you are absent on the third attempt, the package will remain in storage for five days at the courier branch in your area. After this period, the package will be sent back to us. In this case, to send the package back to you, we will have to charge you the additional shipping costs.

You can calculate the quote online directly from the page of the chosen product. Shipping costs will be added to the total cost, as the only additional cost. Printing costs are included in the price of the items.
What does the quote that is calculated online include?
The quote is the actual cost of the order already including material, graphics, printing and VAT. You can view it on the page of the model you are interested in. On this page you can also calculate the shipping costs that will be added to the quote.
What should I do if there is a printing error in the material that arrives at my home?
Invitations present in the catalog:
If the error was already present in the attachment to the last email, the one confirming the preview, the damage is not attributable to us. As reported on our website and in the text of the email we sent you with the preview, before confirming the order and sending it to be processed you must communicate the corrections relating to all the tickets in the attachment.
IT IS THEREFORE VERY IMPORTANT TO READ ALL THE DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE PREVIEW SENT BY EMAIL.
If the preview does not contain any typos but the material still arrives with printing errors, the items will be reprinted at our expense. However, we ask you to let us know of any error within 48 hours of receiving the package and to send us a photo demonstrating the inaccuracy of the material delivered to you at info@missprint.it.
Invitations ordered via the configurator:
At the time of purchase you will be shown a graphic layout of the invitation created. Please carefully check all the data before confirming the print and completing the order. Any errors will not be attributable to us.
Is it possible to purchase only the envelopes? (to be verified)
Yes, it is possible to place an order for only the envelopes. To do so, you will only have to enter the quantities relating to the envelopes on the page of the model you are interested in.
Your order will be processed in times shorter or equal to the normal processing deadlines based on the availability in stock of the envelopes you have chosen. Normally, if the envelopes are available, the material will be shipped to you within four or five days from the date of payment.

Otherwise you can request a free digital sample, personalized with all the data that will be sent to you by email.

Can I customize the invitation and coordinated templates on the site?
Yes, it is possible, there are free changes and others that are paid. The first ones are made directly on the site at the time of the order procedure, the second ones must be communicated in the notes and comments box found on the page for compiling the article and require an additional cost for customization that will be added to the total of the order, or by clicking on the customize box.
Free changes can be requested in the customize area; for the Boutique section they are the following:

Paid changes are:

Can I print the map with directions to the reception?
Yes, a ticket is usually added to the invitation. In the catalog you will find the additional card item and send us the map drawing provided by you in JPG or AI or TIF at a later time, after placing the order, it must be sent with a high print resolution and with a minimum format of 10 cm. In the event that we were to design the map ourselves, a cost of € 35.00 must be added to the total cost of the estimate for the map drawing and sending the instructions necessary to develop the drawing.
